Sea moss is a marine algae that grows along rocky coastlines. It has long been used in Caribbean food traditions, where it is prepared as a gel and added to drinks, porridges, and soups. Sea moss naturally contains minerals, including iodine, although its composition varies depending on the species and growing environment.

I handcraft sea moss gels and botanical capsules in small batches, bringing traditional botanical ingredients into my own apothecary practice.
